Information you provide
When you place an order, information can include your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, the products ordered and order history. If you contact us, we use the information in your message to understand and respond to the request. Please do not include payment card details or passwords in a message.
Why we use information
We use order information to process purchases, arrange fulfillment, provide order updates and resolve order issues. We use contact information to answer questions. Records may also be needed for accounting, security and legal obligations.
Payment processing
Card payments are handled through WooPayments, a WooCommerce/Automattic service built with Stripe. Payment information is provided to those services as needed to authorize payments, prevent fraud, process refunds and meet their legal obligations. This can include your name, email, billing address, order amount, payment identifiers and technical information used by the payment service.
Sensitive card details are collected through the payment provider’s hosted fields. RoomSprig does not store your full card number or card security code on its server. We retain order, billing and delivery information, transaction identifiers and payment status needed to fulfill the purchase, provide support and keep required business records.

Order fulfillment
We share the order and recipient information needed for fulfillment with Doba, the item’s supplier warehouse and delivery carriers. This includes the purchased items and recipient name, delivery address and contact details needed to dispatch, track and support the delivery. Orders are fulfilled in the United States. Store technology
The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Shopping-cart, session and account functions may use cookies or similar technology needed to remember the state of your visit. Read our Cookie information for cookies and browser privacy controls.
Advertising measurement
RoomSprig uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API through the official Meta for WooCommerce integration to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Tracking is enabled by default when you visit. Events can include page visits, product views, cart actions, checkout starts and paid purchases, product identifiers, order value and currency, page URLs, IP addresses, browser information and cookie identifiers. Meta may process this information outside Finland, including in the United States, under its Privacy Policy.
Advanced matching of customer contact or billing details is not enabled. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser by disabling this tracking. Enable a supported browser privacy signal and reload the site to opt out. See our Cookie information for details and browser cookie controls.
Retention
Information is kept for the purposes for which it was collected and for applicable record-keeping obligations. The required periods depend on the type of record. Privacy requests do not automatically remove records we are required to retain.
Your requests
You may ask about personal information we hold, request corrections, and exercise applicable rights concerning access, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. If processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent. Rights can have conditions or exceptions. You may also contact a data protection authority about a concern.

PayPal, when you choose it
If PayPal is offered at checkout and you choose it, payment and order information needed for that transaction is provided to PayPal. This may include your name, contact and billing or delivery details, order amount and transaction identifiers. PayPal handles information under its own Privacy Statement. This paragraph applies only to transactions where you use PayPal.
Google Ads measurement
We use the Google tag to measure visits from our Google advertisements and paid orders. A purchase event includes the order amount, currency and a unique order reference, together with advertising click identifiers and technical browser information processed by Google. Our purchase tag does not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or payment card details. Enhanced conversions and personalized advertising signals are not enabled.
Advertising cookie storage is enabled by default for US visitors, subject to browser privacy controls; outside the US it is denied by default. We disable the Google tag when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Google may process information in the United States and other countries.
